Shipping Policy (Pakistan-Wide) We offer nationwide delivery via trusted courier partners. Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on your city. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Shipping fees vary by location and weight, and will be shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where Bluush.pk is at fault (wrong/damaged/expired product)..
Tracking the Order: Once the order is dispatched & out for delivery, customers will receive a text message with the details of the tracking number and courier company that is processing their order. Customers can track their order after the 24 hours of the order has been dispatched by entering their tracking number in courier’s portal. Riders are advised to contact customers at the time of delivery, so customers are required to be available on the contact number they have provided in shipping details Shipping Charges: Our nationwide delivery charges are Rs.250, and we offer free delivery on order value of Rs.2999 and above. Conditions for Refund
To process your refund smoothly, please follow these guidelines:
Record an unboxing video while opening your parcel.
Video must clearly show the shipping label, unopened package, and the issue found.
Any problem (damage, wrong item, expired product) must be reported within 12 hours of receiving your parcel.
Once your return request is approved, you may be required to send the product back.
After the return parcel is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your provided account within 7 business days.
