Conditions for Refund

To process your refund smoothly, please follow these guidelines:

Record an unboxing video while opening your parcel.

Video must clearly show the shipping label, unopened package, and the issue found.

Any problem (damage, wrong item, expired product) must be reported within 12 hours of receiving your parcel.

Once your return request is approved, you may be required to send the product back.

After the return parcel is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your provided account within 7 business days.
